We ship our products through national and international courier services that provide us with the security that our pieces need, guaranteeing their arrival at their destination.
The shipping phase of your order is carried out directly through our personalized service. Sometimes, shipments to countries outside the EU may incur additional fees and taxes, which in any case will be the responsibility of the customer. matterica undertakes to carry out the procedures and prepare the necessary documentation for the corresponding customs management.
 
Exchange and Return
When you purchase a piece of jewelery you are buying a piece of jewelery that we make expressly and custom-made for you, following the artisanal and exclusive jewelery process. For these reasons we do not make returns, but we do make exchanges for the value of the purchase made.
Our contact channels are always available in case of doubt before making the purchase, we suggest direct contact through hola@matterica.com where we will personally answer your query.
We manage the changes directly with you and evaluate them ourselves.
Jewelry pieces that accept exchange must be in perfect condition and without obvious signs of use, this includes the original packaging with which the jewelry is received, otherwise no exchange can be made.
It is the customer's full responsibility to ensure safety in the shipping process for the exchange using the most appropriate packaging so that the jewelry arrives at our studio in perfect condition. We suggest reusing the original box in which you received the piece of jewelry. If the items do not meet the conditions described above, we will not be able to process the requested replacement.

Returns initiated after 10 days from receipt of the order, or sent after 3 days from receipt of the exchange authorization will not be accepted.
